changes to our film

today, me and the group made all necessary changes to our film. what was changed were suggestions or corrections from the film review. i looked back on the last blog to see what needed to be done. the scenes thatv needed to be shortened were taken care of. for this sabrina took the long scenes and cut them by a few seconds. after that was done, the scenes that needed the audio increaced were fixed. since our friends said it was too quiet, that was able to be fixed. to do this, sabrina had to go to the imovie film eediting. she selected each indivisual scene that neededd fixing and selected the addio option. then the moved the audio bar up to the louder option. once this was done, the group took a break to watch the whole movie. the goal was to check that what was done so far was up to par. once any long clips or quiet audio that we didnt hear or see before were fixed, we continued out editing process. since the overall message of our film was detectible, needed to change anything about that. another peice of advice from our friends was that the soundeffects were hard to hear. the next move was to make them louder. apon further inspection, i noticed that some of the sound effects were in the wrong place. this was adjusted by clicking and draging the audio clip to the desired part of the movie. after that, the audio was made louder by sabrina. sabrina did most of the editing. this was because she did the inital edits, so she knew what she was doing. once that was complete, any corrections given were done, and nothing had to be reshot.

filming blog: reshooting and final scenes

for our last day of filming, on march 27th, the group had to refilm a scene at the park. this was because the day we filmed it, it was too windy. you couldnt hear the audio. everyone met at my house again, and i drove us to the park location when we got there, we shot the nessisary clip. after that, we got distractes and we played on the playground because we had extra time. there was also a beach at the park, so we went and put our feet in the water but me and michael fell in trying to catch a ball. because we were in out fimling clothes, we had to immediatly leave and drive home. once we got home, me and micheal had to change into dry clothes and quickly dry out filming clothes. this took about 45 minutes, so in the mean time we had lunch. once the clothes were dry, the group was able to film the scenes that we didnt get to the last day of filming. this included me sabrina having to put fake blood on micheal again, and me and celine doing his makeup. once this was done, i had to do m...
