  The music video  project  has finally  come to an end . I am  very excited  to present you  with  what my group and I have created .  This was  probabl y   the  most fun I  ha d  this year during a  project.  F i l m i n g   w a s   very interesting ,  esp e c i a lly  as  the group  w e n t  to  s om e   d ifferent p ublic  p laces. This includes the beach  a n d  Publi x .  There  were  quite a few people  staring and  looking into  the   camera.  The a cting   wa s   ve r y  f un   t o o  as  th e   group  got  t o   go  to  the beach  together,   behaving  as  n orm al .     There  are some things that still need  improvement , but it will get better with time.  I am excited to learn and grow with my group, and hopefully work with them again in the future . Together my group can hopefully continue to present you with our best work. Until then,  I hope you will  enjoy the video.  

 on december 4th, my group finished filming our music video. we ended up working through the scheduling issues and came up with days that worked for all of us. we all had days we couldn't film due to jobs and after school curriculars. collectively, we decided that we would film thursday after school and saturday morning. the group decided to film backwards, as we needed to film at night the first day and in the morning the second day. the first half was the beach and going to publix. the part we did this time was the getting ready and texting part. in this part, members of the group will be getting ready at home, but then realize that they had no money and instead go to publix and buy cheap foods. the group filmed the first part at ajas house, because we are familiar with her house. the hard part was deciding what to wear for the fancy, getting ready scene. none of us wanted to wear something super fancy, so we decided to wear mostly black clothing because it looks sleek. in this,

  The next day of editing we all finished our individual parts. Me and one other group member send out edited parts to the remaining member to put them all together. To do this, the member added all the clips into an editing software and deleted all transitions. All the clips went together perfectly, and it looked great. She sent us the final project . together we decided to watch the video all the way, each individually, thru. In doing this, we can catch mistakes that maybe the other person didn’t see. Once we had caught all the mistakes we could find, we fixed them. The mistakes were small, including an overlap in sound, and a delayed sound effect. We watched the video a final time, together. There were no noticeable mistakes, so we sent it to some friends and family to check over once more. They all loved it and saw nothing wrong with it. We felt proud about that. Once all the filming as finished, I moved on to the editing stage. This included aligning the clips in the correct sequence order and adding effects. i also had to edit the individual clips to end and start when we wanted it to. Me and my groupmates split the work and edited at our own houses. While editing my parts, I adjusted clips to the correct length and cut out unnecessary parts. In a few scenes, there were people in the background that were able to be cut out to make it look more professional. After correcting imperfections, I edited the sunset scene. I cut the audio out and made it to where is slowed down and froze on the jumping scene at the end. Once I finished that, I edited the audio of the other clips. This included increasing the song audio and decreasing the background audio. In the scenes where one person receives and sends a text, I edited in a ‘message received’ noise. I also added   a ‘message sent’ noise as well as a typing sound. I communicated with my groupmates

On Thursday night of December 2nd, my group completed the first day of editing. To start, working out a schedule with my group was very difficult. aja has volunteer activities on Monday and Wednesday, and she has work on Friday. My group mate Sophia has work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. i have Lacrosse practice for the school team on monday and wednesday and work on Saturday. With the restrictions of school included, I only had Thursday night, Saturday and Sunday morning. Since the beach portion of my video was surrounding the sunset and having the actors show as silhouettes, I had to film backwards. To get my filming done before I had to start production blogs, I had to film the sunset portion first. we all decided to film the beach shot first. this part included an over the shoulder shot in the car of my group mate, filming videos of the sunset out the window. On this filming day, I did run into a few minor issues. For the car scene, I had to drive slower than usual and had to fi
