props

 since i decided on a Spotify ad, my main prop will be my phone with my phone with the Spotify app. i will also use headphones.

costumes

For my commercial I will be the main subject. I will be wearing casual clothing, like jeans and a t-shirt or a jacket. I will probably wear dark shoes, like black converse. My hair will probably be tied back or down. 

schedule

on 9/22/21 i researched codes and conventions of Spotify ads.

on 9/24/21 i researched props, costumes, schedule, location lists, and backup plans.

on 9/24/21 i will complete the story board for the 30 second commercial.

on 9/28/21 i will start the filming and recording the necessary shots.

on 9/30/21 i will edit the final touches to the commercial.

location list

my main location will be the classroom, in the class room I will film myself opening up the Spotify app, putting an earbud in, and doing some homework. this would show ho music can help you to work quicker and enjoy yourself.

 my next location would be the hallway outside the classroom, I would have some people talking loudly in the hall, and I would put some music on my headphones and it would get quieter. this shows how music can distract you from irritating noises and clam you down.

backup plan

since the hallway is outside, if it is raining, i will go to an indoor hallway, preferably the hallway of the bottom floor of building 17. If the classroom is too loud, i will moce to the media center, there i can film the studying clip.

filming blog: reshooting and final scenes

for our last day of filming, on march 27th, the group had to refilm a scene at the park. this was because the day we filmed it, it was too windy. you couldnt hear the audio. everyone met at my house again, and i drove us to the park location when we got there, we shot the nessisary clip. after that, we got distractes and we played on the playground because we had extra time. there was also a beach at the park, so we went and put our feet in the water but me and michael fell in trying to catch a ball. because we were in out fimling clothes, we had to immediatly leave and drive home. once we got home, me and micheal had to change into dry clothes and quickly dry out filming clothes. this took about 45 minutes, so in the mean time we had lunch. once the clothes were dry, the group was able to film the scenes that we didnt get to the last day of filming. this included me sabrina having to put fake blood on micheal again, and me and celine doing his makeup. once this was done, i had to do m...
